A. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY 20% OFF DISCOUNT CODE?
You must sign up to our newsletter. Which is found at the very bottom of our website or sign up in our pop up box when you first enter the website. You will then receive an email with your code. Please check the correct email and also check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS folder, it will most likely be there.
B. HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can apply your discount code during checkout. Here is an image (desktop), that will help you see the location of that.

1. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
I gladly accept returns, not exchanges.

Dispatch items back within: 15 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Damaged by mail couriers
- Items bought with any discount code
- Items bought during the 50% Off Sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
2. CAN I COMMISSION ARTWORK?
Absolutely! For a commissioned piece, just send an email to info@deekaayart.com and we will work together to determine what works for you. Once you've decided on the details of your artwork, I will create a custom checkout for you. Custom orders will take 10-15 days to complete.
3. WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?
All paintings/prints will be shipped within 3-7 business days of your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking number (if purchased), once your painting has shipped.
4. DOES MY PRINT COME FRAMED?
Yes, all prints come with a black frame. Unless it is a painting then it will not come framed.
5. DO YOU OFFER OTHER SIZES?
Yes! If you would like a particular sized print or frame please contact (info@deekaayart.com) me so that we can arrange something that fits your needs/vision!
6. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
STANDARD SHIPPING IS calculated at checkout for you (depends on location).
You do have the option to upgrade to Express or Priority shipping with additional cost. Please be aware that if you are choosing the standard shipping for USA, it does not come with a tracking number (please upgrade to tracked packet, express or priority to get a tracking number). Standard shipping in Canada does automatically come with a tracking number.
Shipping cost is based on dimensions (size of print - with frame or canvas ). Just add products to your cart and our Shipping Calculator will show you the accurate shipping price.
7. IS THERE A PICKUP OPTION?
Yes there is a pickup option and it is free. Once you get to the checkout page, you get to pick if you want your item shipped to you or picked up. The pickup location is in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. The address will be provided to you and you will be able to arrange an appropriate time that works best for you and seller.
8. WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter your discount code at CHECKOUT, there will be an empty box with the title "DISCOUNT CODE" and you will enter it there (case sensitive, so double check spelling).
